Away from noise and traffic, the house sits in a small village on the Methana peninsula, with only a handful of residents for most of the year.
There is no sea view here. Instead, discover something rarer: real peace, an intimate connection with the volcanic landscape and a gentler pace of life.
A fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle and fridge, opening onto the living area.
The living room has a two-seater sofa, rocking chair, Smart TV and wood-burning fireplace. The house has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine.
An indoor staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and lovely balconies.
Volcanic scenery, fresh air and walking routes starting right in front of the house.
With just 5 permanent residents and very little traffic, the village offers peace for those seeking privacy.

KAMENI CHORA · METHANA
The house is in Kameni Chora, below Methana’s best-known and youngest onshore volcanic crater. Here, houses stand among black masses of solidified lava.
The peninsula’s volcanic origins have shaped an unusual landscape with natural thermal springs, ancient paths and panoramic views over the Saronic Gulf.
The ascent starts from Kameni Chora along a path through solidified lava.
Three natural thermal spring sites are about 10–15 km by road from the house.

The natural springs are accessible, but there is currently no organised public hydrotherapy centre in operation. Please check access and local conditions before visiting.
